Listeners beg for death after hearing Brad Paisley’s ‘Accidental Racist’
LL Cool J and Brad Paisley shall overcome the twitter snark heaped upon "Accidental Racist."

Just heard the "Accidental Racist" man that Weird Al is amazing.

So this could be the worst song since "One Tin Soldier." http://t.co/aBob7TA7Wo

Ouch. It’s not a career killer by a long shot, but “Accidental Racist,” a track off of country superstar Brad Paisley’s new album, is taking a beating on Twitter today. Just what is accidental racism? Well, it’s something that happens when you wear a Confederate flag T-shirt to get coffee and the barista is black, apparently.
To the man that waited on me at the Starbucks down on Main
I hope you understand
When I put on that T-shirt
The only thing I meant to say is I’m a Skynyrd fan
If you endure the song long enough, rapper LL Cool J drops by for a guest verse to confess his own prejudice against cowboy hats. As the AV Club observes, people of all races can surely agree that this track stinks.
Brad Paisley and LL Cool J bring blacks and whites together in disliking "Accidental Racist" http://t.co/n7ibDSctj2

"Well now I hate black people and white people" – black people and white people, after hearing LL Cool J/Brad Paisley's "Accidental Racist"

@TheAVClub I was sure it was some sort of parody when I first started listening to it, like something @alyankovic talked them into.

LEAVE LL COOL J ALONE HE'S JUST TRYING TO RAP AND SOLVE CRIMES IN HIS FREE TIME

Even Salon, whose editor-at-large Joan Walsh published a book called “What’s the Matter with White People,” couldn’t pretend to like it, calling it “bizarre.”
"Accidental Racist": Strong contender for the worst song of all time http://t.co/orNgiyWhyS

The best part of this Accidental Racist debacle is tweets from people just now hearing it. The freshness of their outrage warms my soul.

That Brad Paisley/LL Cool J song "Accidental Racist" killed Margaret Thatcher

Accidental Racist is so bad that Mama knocked herself out.
— Jaimel Hemphill (@JaimelHemphill) April 8, 2013
Ignoring all the controversy, I've noticed no one's mentioned "Accidental Racist" is just a bad song.
— Jeremy O'Kelley (@JeremyOkelley) April 8, 2013
Accidental Racist: It's like Ebony & Ivory, only terrible.
— Rex Huppke (@RexHuppke) April 8, 2013
Pro tip: There is no need for an "Accidental Racist" parody song.

Not everyone hates “Accidental Racist,” technically speaking. At least one person has admitted to liking it.
Just listened to Accidental Racist by Brad Paisley and LL Cool J. I actually like it – they talk about stuff everyone thinks…
