all right everybody we are uh we’re doing it we’re doing it we’re doing it um episode two episode one was a huge success we uh we did the pilot and the pilot was successful we’re gonna get uh like a 10 episode run here you know what that should have been episode zero that’s you like the 90s like like a bloodshot zero yeah that’s a good point we’ll we’ll talk about that uh we’ll talk we’ll talk about that in uh post-production um no um super stoked um The Mega Powers have rejoined I I feel this um uh so we’re stoked about it um we got a huge Market soccer report only one only one comic book news but it’s fine and I covered a lot of it last night um what else um that’s it we’re gonna we’re gonna see where it goes uh I can talk about some video game stuff that I got um for aw5 Forever at the end of it because everybody hates that [ __ ] but we can talk about it because that’s cool to me at least uh we are going to be joining a little wrestling soon uh we’re gonna do a SummerSlam show review right because I’m sure we’ll do that eventually I know people hate that stuff but it’s cool to us all right let’s get this going with this is the them problem that’s right that’s right so about this could be a comment last night that I didn’t highlight last night on the Monday show that talked about this I not this character not the character but the character series and how they were down in books but go ahead okay so uh echostar says the series the MCU series is worth the wait uh the only thing I want to say that is uh I don’t believe you uh somebody posted last night about how Daredevil books are going down the uh the pooper yes yeah I believe that yeah listen I’m out of the echo game and uh you should be too you should have already been out the Enzo game this is what those PSAs like kids don’t do drugs after they’ve been hooked on drugs for like 30 years yeah unless you paid a dollar for your uh Daredevil number nine uh from the 2000 series then uh I don’t know what to tell you I don’t know what to tell you I’m uh I’m gonna I’m gonna uh we get the market soccer we have I’ve looked at all these obviously they’re uh they’re hitters I can’t wait I’m gonna have them um but no that’s our obligatory uh News segment um it’s dope it’s cool we’re doing things oh look at this our boy Justin faithful fan of the show not optimistic DJ Disney isn’t either or they wouldn’t release all at once exactly um with that being said um I’ve been watching a lot of secret Invasion I’m like I’m uh committed to it okay uh people jump the ship I think it’s okay I think it’s okay legitimately I haven’t watched a Marvel project since Doctor Strange Multiverse of Madness that’s the last Marvel thing that I’ve watched I didn’t watch the new Guardians I mean I don’t I I don’t have life anymore but no um Guardians I know my wife wants able to see new Barbie movies so maybe I’ll do that maybe a little Barbie Heimer maybe look at the kid [Music] dressing in pink while you’re watching Oppenheimer yeah do it so what do so what what’s the so what’s what do you do first do you watch Oppenheimer first and then Barbie or what what’s going on I don’t know I think you I think that is I think I don’t think you knew Barbie first and then Opera like real serious I think you did a serious movie first and then the last one okay yeah then you need the the palette cleanse of the Barbie movie okay all right all right okay uh I’m not really digging I hope the finale you can say but I I mean I I like the like like everybody said I think yeah I agree with this too Sam Jackson and it is it’s 10 years too late kind of thing it’s like it’s like Pacquiao Floyd Mayweather 10 years too late kind of thing they should have fought in a prime way back in the day uh I do like the interaction between uh Samuel Jackson and cheetah might be a kind of like heat with dinero and it’s it’s interesting that okay it’s Sam Samuel L Jackson doing a TV show that should be a big deal right he does a new TV often I mean I don’t think has he ever done a TV show I mean besides back it way back in the day it’s usually just movie right he’s just the movie dude yeah he I’m pretty sure he did like a guest spot on The Cosby Show like or even a guest spot on a Marvel uh what the hell is that long ass [ __ ] Marvel TV show on like ABC forever uh oh yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah Agents of Shield I think he made a cameo appearance like yeah yeah oh there he is I wish the show was just about Fury and it was just a precursor to abuse yeah I mean that could be smart he likes you should be on the marble team man what’s going on I’ll call Kevin feige one CEO together listen man yeah it was yeah it probably would have been better off being called like Nick Fury or something like that yeah um but anyways um yeah Echo like you said Echo that has been in the trash people people are already you see him on a wall man like it’s almost as bad as Luke Cage like yo man I still hold out for Luke Cage I think that’s still a good a good book to have but not not egg not the first Echo though uh my favorite segment uh the Old Market stalker and it’s a ton don’t ever don’t ever no don’t ever uh limit it how about that okay this I still got I got more in the clipboard bro I got you I got I got more uh actually I’m gonna send it to you I know what we’re talking about a couple of these all right yeah so what I do is um so people don’t know I just kind of when you send it to me I save them and then I can um I can um do it real quick while you do this let me turn this on but as you as you do it I can uh I can rock them on the other side so I don’t just import them so just send it to me in the chat and then we can do it so we can do it live segments or we could I could just blow it up but you you know it’s like anything that is like you know hot was hot book but it was like we kind of do it like over 250 and higher kind of you know what I’m saying I got you like all the other [ __ ] okay all right we’re we’re higher let’s just I told you this is the show for the common man that’s for sure yeah I’m that we are down in the dirt on this show yeah that’s right all right I’m trying to send boom and boom all right okay and then I’ll just pull those up in that little chat all right cool so we we made our own chat on Instagram we’re we’re too cool uh I only got the one did you get the other ones you send me the other one I only got one it’s uh you see F5 yeah and then you got then there’s the actual price that it’s sold for oh okay yeah Martha um okay so uh I do these in alphabetical order so if you uh oh that’s the rhyme in the reason okay yeah it’s easier and then I know I loaded them all properly too kind of um I’ve never seen this book you give me the info why this is I mean it’s a hardcover but you let me know why okay so in the mid 80s uh there was an an Uncanny X-Men there was a story called Life Death featuring storm and Forge they were both in love and um it was about it was a bad deal it was about storm dealing with the loss of her powers and uh exactly yep that’s the that’s the exact cover so Uncanny X-Men number 186 and uh there was also a follow-up to that a year later called Life Death two and uh and then all this was done by Barry Windsor Smith okay and this is Sidra in Africa that that hardcover is basically the third it’s like the third part of that story but it can’t you but he can’t use the X-Men characters and oh add Astra in Africa yeah this is a book that I had a long long time ago and uh it was just I don’t know it was just kind of like a bat a blast from the past uh to see that book again interesting so I like the background on the listing it’s very nice little bed sheet cover actually when magic happens hell yeah uh okay um Avengers three are atoms yes Avengers Children’s Crusade number three art Adams variant I forget like what the ratio is on this I don’t know if it’s like you know just like a covered b or whatever whatever but uh it that’s it that’s a very uh strong price to me I like that I like that price I I forget if it went for more or less the what I remember this going for was like maybe around 50 bucks that’s what I was thinking this is a 1 in 15.
Oh okay, sweet I uh we talked about this last one did you watch yesterday’s show yeah okay so we talked about our atoms and how you know uh Chad Crow got some SEC books and our Adams is just his books are like he’s almost I guess who he said I would say not underrated but under the radar like most of his books are fire like that America 2 variant’s still hot or this book’s hot you know what I’m saying I mean you could you know a lot of people I wouldn’t say pass up on our atoms but you know you got some in the chamber like you know oh yeah for sure hotness do you like this cover I have this cover oh okay she thick you think she is thick um ba12 Batman adventures 12 GCC 4.0 going for 3 10.
After 42 bids that’s uh that’s another interesting price because I figured the copies that I’ve been able to come across have been in like the 200-250 range raw I would say probably not nine eights but at least you know maybe uh like a nine two nine four in that range so to see one sell for 310 for a 4-0 so you know that thing is ticked up I think for a modern that thing is got to be ticked up has some major other major flaws going not that many sales um literally like one a year uh 250 212 191 250 235 last year or two years ago 355 covet era now back down to 310. so we’re not bad I mean yeah that somebody must have wanted that 440 because it’s like I figured you’d maybe spend double and get like a much higher grade you want to hear something really funny ah two months ago you’re gonna spend ten dollars left and got a four and a half and then last month are you ready for this one you could get a four and a half newsy for 250 bucks hmm okay all right and here’s another one oh this guy this is way crazy you can get a 5-0 for 300 last month you can get a 400 at 5’5 60s at 402 not me yeah so I don’t know anything under a nine for a modern like that just doesn’t feel right 70 was 440.
Uh so I mean it’s you know seven five three hundred and forty-six dollars so I would say save your money and get it at least a nine O is just for people’s uh there’s about seven 500 500. 500 bucks so extra 200 bucks you get six more bumps or whatever you want right uh what else we got here uh I remember this book this was the G plus every book that everybody grabbed Milton Batgirl 23 variant oh hell yeah these seats are so strong I think they sell well everybody who post them they’re just gone so I I don’t remember this book selling for even that much when it first came out so yeah that’s a great price in my opinion so uh they’re like let’s go with Seoul because I hate when people people put parts over the place so nine eights okay um 154 175.
164 so about 135 you know so 125 to 175 maybe for a nine eight well heck that’s a little meat on the bone for that one yeah if you’re gonna okay so if you’re gonna pay uh like if you’re gonna pay 58 for a rub why not just you know pay that extra 100 for a guaranteed not eight yeah but if you’re if you’re flipping it right I’d buy the united 60 and then pre-screen it for nine bucks if it gets a nine eight right that’s one that’s it 100 profit right there yeah maybe maybe are you dead but still that’s a great price for a raw yeah yeah oh I got nine eights about five they’re all covered and I think it is easy push a pressable too so four for around 200 each saving one for the PC yeah perfect yep nice um this book I’ve been looking for this book ever since you mentioned it on flip side oh my gosh this is this is might be one of my favorite covers it’s cool I’m thinking top 10 might be even a top five so we have cage number two Bruce Tim variant uh a nine eight uh selling for 300 bucks that actually looks low to me that’s that’s a that’s a Buy It Now price and someone jumped all over that for 300 bucks and I don’t blame them nice fine fine books at half price I like it um you know what my favorite cage book is and it’s the person who dropped me on this was John Z of all people um it’s this book so this is a South African yes for Higher One yes it’s got the the dice it’s got the space it’s got the police car it’s got a woman it’s got the cop it’s got some shooting in it don’t yeah that’s uh yeah so that’s that’s basically the splash page that they use for the uh for the cover yeah dope uh look at all these people I love everybody in the chat shout out to everybody in the chat too uh someone just snagged a Spider-Man 129 six and a half for 1280 off eBay I can’t justify spending that much money at a spot because I remember back in the day when everybody had them on the wall for like 400 bucks everyone had one everyone had one but no that’s cool cage two uh a little Golden Age Era Timely yeah I figured I’d throw in throw some uh golden age of Love yin’s way our boy blizzard prominent seller of the show yeah so um not too much to say about it it’s just an interesting just interesting book uh cat like these Golden Age Captain Americas yeah you definitely don’t see them that much so yeah um that’s a great just uh lady cover you know what I’m saying you know Bucky hurts all these cats man everyone hates Bucky it’s like Robin uncovers man it’s just I man I appreciate Bucky he he’s you know just like just another quote just another character to I mean I get it but when it comes to timely collectors you’re like oh it’s Bucky on there see I I don’t mind Bucky as much as I mined Robin oddly enough thinking about it I guess oh boy oh boy okay okay I get you I get you guys okay I’ll back off back off I’ll reserve it I’ll start my Bucky hates uh you know Bucky hate on uh Reddit subreddit terrible you know hey you take you take that bunky hey to the MonDay show I will I will I’ll tell you the one in this show um this book little Betty Page yes sir Stevens sick sick cover I’ve never seen this book but nope yeah this is one that I’ve been searching for and uh so Betty Page Queen of the Nile uh from Dark Horse um number one disorder case people yeah and uh yeah I’ve been on the search for it have been able to find it beautiful covers was you paid 26 bucks for it or you’re too cheap I’m too cheap I’m thinking the most I would go would be like nine bucks actually I take that back I paid 9.99 10 bucks yeah I would do 10.
but it but it had to be real nice okay interesting very exactly I’m keeping my eyes on them on my new show on this new show with you I’m keeping my eyes on all these books so let’s do it I I wonder what I didn’t I didn’t I went to uh up to Mid Michigan I would call it um I went to the store and I’ve been there a couple years ago and he had the same old books there yes last time I was there like ladies act same books oh that sucks that sucks that’s okay you know he you know he he’s got he got them the same price as eBay so why would I drive all the way up there but probably sit there uh Deadpool number two nine eight and dolpho Elsa Bloodstone 1 and 25 here I could have swore this book was going for way more than that raw just like a year and change ago so this is a steal in my opinion because this was a hot this was a very hot book a long time uh yeah I would yeah about a year ago this is a high book so it was it was um 325 last year damn one point damn 250 250 to 325 at one point lowest lowest of 22 was 175 but that was maybe a terrible set but holy crap so someone basically pay what 79 dollars plus you know shipping if they bought it in the United if they bought it in the United States so so we’ll call 80 and 40 120 bucks yeah that’s it which is still lower than the last sale of 155.
Hmm yeah it’s a good price for that uh uh this book a little dark after six Bartell variant nine eight Jim bartel’s still selling it out there this was the hottest book of what 2021 I remember the fervor I was uh I took a road trip and I tried to make it a point to find this book the day that it came out and could not and then try to find you know like ratio price copies online couldn’t do it so this was yeah I remember when this book came out and this this book was super hot uh 355 on a 9A okay all right uh still hot this year um but back in the day it was like 575 was a strong boy um so January 12th 390 400 bucks went to 500 and settled quietly back down to 300 355 so phew all right I mean it’s still a respectable price still people you know 51 bids so nine six is 220 bucks though yeah I remember paying 60 bucks finally for a copy and uh I don’t even I don’t think it’s a nine eight but they’re still happy to have it uh we see this book a lot on Monday shows or Flash 92 DCU logo though logo variant 100 180 for cgc 9A I remember this used to be hot too right yeah yeah yeah yeah I think it had something to do with uh maybe the Flash on CW maybe yeah yes yes but yeah yeah I forgot they’re a bondage throw it on the list uh I haven’t seen this one GI Joe special missions I look for America’s Elite but I don’t look at this one legitimately another one of my favorite covers so this is a gym rug variant gym rug one in ten uh this is from this is a IDW series and uh his variants like from this series it was like I think the first four or five issues it they really didn’t have anything to do with what was going on in the book it was just kind of like it it was like it dealt with the Absurd you know kind of like like if it were a cartoon or something like that that would be um that’s like Robot Chicken kind of yeah yeah something like that and you see like um like a toy chest or like a display case with uh action figures but you see Lady Jay you know she’s like fully realized and you know trying to get out so but uh 121 121 50 cents after two bids so that’s a that’s a really good price that’s a strong price for that book interesting uh this book um a little Godzilla in Hell number one subscription variant so you see 98 170 bucks bro yeah so um Golden Age golden age homage cover uh I think that’s a I I really don’t know too much about the book I just thought the cover was interesting and uh I figured I’d show it off it’s got a lot of crossbody right Godzilla fans you know subscription variant kind of things I I get it I get it 21 20 bids yeah respectable I know some Godzilla fans and I’m sure that I’m sure that uh I’m sure that it’ll cause an itch a little He-Man one or He-Man eternity award number one action figure variant for 50 bucks this is a hot book in a minute too right I I believe so I believe so again this is another book I really wasn’t paying attention to but for 50 bucks for a very fine defined copy so that thing has to have some ticks on it and some flaws for them not to say it’s a not for them to say it’s not a near mint yeah if we’re to still go for 50 yeah I thought it was I thought it was like I thought when it came out it was like 50 book made I don’t know maybe a 50 book that’s yeah now that I’m kind of recalling it yeah kind of maybe oh yeah that’s why leg needs to come on here he would have told me I got to stop the market report look at this thing I just saw this thing show up okay we’ll twist the middle two comic that’s so hard to find oh that’s that promo yeah with like two pages or something like that yeah like 10 G’s stop it oh free local I was a free local pickup um yeah um I’ve been looking for this book forever I remember I saw one for like three or four hundred bucks back in the day I was like I should have done it so that thing is like one of those and it’s a nine four stop it and it’s a nine four it’s not even a nine eight yeah it’s just so rare because you don’t see these Calypso books sick book I mean don’t get me wrong okay okay uh that’s a little pretty cornbread for people you’re never gonna find it in a collection but it’s okay um I remember this book from G plus error I’m a mortal iron fish one second print Del Otto when Del Otto was the God of all gods yes yeah hey hey I like Twisted Metal he’s just doing it because it’s wasted metal movies coming out or whatever or TV series uh I do want to say though I know this seller because they’re in Adrian Michigan okay uh red Raptors great people really are yeah sucks for them that they couldn’t got something higher for this book I know dude this is this was a really um hot book back in the day so for it to sell for like just a buck that’s um that seems Criminal he does I’m uh I’m trying to remember what what year was that oh eight I had a mortal Iron Fist that’s what that’s what I want to think I think it was 07 Maybe yeah signed by Del Auto okay um this is the second print right yep 21 2021 you ready what do you think a 98 sold for I’m gonna say I’m gonna say 300.
376. holy crap uh last say all of that book of this book in the nine eight was uh 169 dollars wow wow so this I mean this is like this was a 450 book back in 2017. what is Marvel doing to its characters to make these oh and that’s what the Netflix series killed this whole character damn I mean they keep a lock on them they can easily bring this character back if they wanted to and like retcon or respect them and yeah yes you know crazy stuff but um this book I’m this next book I’m gonna say I don’t think because the seller was terrible like one one a one hitter this Macho Man for 15 bucks I know that seems cheap to me doesn’t it I I don’t think this guy shifted maybe it’s old and maybe he just canceled it but 9 18 like still two or three hundred bucks 200 bucks I think yeah so I think this guy what did he do wrong for it to go for 15 bucks um you didn’t put boom in it he didn’t uh I mean he put variant um he’s only got one uh feedback or one yeah it’s like a new account so but I’m gonna say this is a we’ll see we’ll see maybe this ship it I don’t know here let’s do a uh let’s see what’s on our Spotlight on this thing see what he’s got in the old uh he’s old everybody’s like running do it and just buying stuff off his stuff huh he had more oh you know why because I put collector okay this guy here we go seller Spotlight I should make a little promo like a little video uh Kenny Omega cards awesome just have some wrestling stuff some more wrestling stuff spawn one okay interesting aew stuff Darby Allen for 43 bucks more wrestling stuff Cody Rhodes signed card did you see so this guy is more of a wrestling person maybe that’s what hurt him he’s got some comics Let’s uh boom oh he’s got an upper deck King Murphy Junior card very interesting things that make you go so that’s the uh so that’s the original not a reprint reprint I’m not I just wanted to see where he’s from okay interesting okay okay yeah I would have too I would have bought it I just bought a Macho Man comic ad today actually for like 80 bucks but not that one um I’ll show it in pickups eventually when I get it it’s one of the guys I’ve known forever so uh tell me about this book Marvel Knights number six this is the uh J Lee negative space variant um this book I this book was really tough to find um for a while and I I know I have this book I bought this book um like maybe a couple years ago and I’ve been trying to find listings in uh sold listings just to see just to get an idea what this book is actually going for so uh I was like oh okay cool so it’s you know roughly a 50 book it’s a you know it’s a one in fifty so it’s basically goes for ratio price but still yeah it’s a beautiful cover yeah uh Moon girl double dinosaur number one a little uh Eden variant a 1 to 25 variant selling for 50 bucks that is hella low that is uh that should I mean I I for a Time Raw I think this was like an easy 300 book so is it because the Disney series came out probably and just cooled everything it did it came out this is what the show came out oh yes I didn’t watch it hey I know right but uh yeah I got rid of mine I guess in time but I got some Moon girl books in the back yeah one of those boxes I gotta uh I’m gonna I’m gonna when I bring my rack I’m gonna put some of my books on the wreck at the show we’ll do so we’ll see how that goes um your first double feature of the show I remember this Blast from the Past yeah everybody’s hiking on the yummy train remember this was the hottest book of 2018 2019 2019 yeah 2019.
And then it then it died down and then they came with that was a TV show or whatever that was supposed to happen and then it rushed about everybody Naomi books again uh I mean I’m glad like I still have Naomi books which I’m glad I only paid like cover price for but dang that is that is that’s that’s harsh right there that to me that’s harsher than the dollar Immortal Iron Fist second print yes [ __ ] dude I remember finding that the variant that variant off to the right for like five bucks and being excited for it for five bucks okay so let’s let’s I love looking at Sellers because you know that’s all let’s see what they do because I I like to look at that oh okay okay this guy’s got some heat I got competition huh yeah interesting this dude’s not messing around let’s do his Awesome books okay yeah it looks like it’s all slabs all nine eights 9 18.
the pre-screened king oh man wow interesting who the hell is this guy’s pressure oh oh oh oh oh oh 196. uh oh interesting we got a kink in the armor yep [Music] interesting see what he sold oh you want to be that dude you’re gonna you’re you’re gonna opt this news taxes on eBay okay I got you Bang last run Department of Truth ah okay all right so Ultraman this is interesting Mortal Kombat so that was June 18th so that’s probably when the Mortal Kombat trailer dropped or something on this dude seems like he’s on top of it yeah I would probably back in the day here’s the Naomi’s uh High Republic walmarted or another the Walmart edition I thought that was a Walmart edition uh Scotty Young coverers I I can’t stand the thought of selling nine eight books for less than 100 bucks well they all can’t be 100 bucks yeah well if they can’t be then what’s the point of slabbing them well these guys he probably bought them way back in the days I had a bunch of these first prints not these I remember this book dude uh sleepy hit me up on this book he’s like buy all of them dude and then I had a ton of them left at one point this is this one I I I’m surprised I actually put this on the list just because this one haunts me I had I had the second print in my cart on eBay for the longest time for like three bucks and I never got around to um checking out and then like I was just like oh let’s let’s see if it’s uh still available no okay it’s not and then it just blew up man brawls are like wow still expensive 159 bucks wow really yeah yeah this book has been hot for at least a couple years now why is it why is it so hot do you even know uh the speculation that the Punisher is going to show up in the armor Wars TV show or movie and then when that doesn’t happen then it’ll go and back down to nothing interesting very interesting wow wow wow yeah the closest I’ve come is the 619 second print which goes for about that much yeah is that though is that the is that the lost like Long Reach one like the graffiti one no it’s um it’s basically uh Punisher in the war machine armor and it’s um 219 yeah 219 second print [Music] yep that’s the cover and that one goes for a very very very respectable amount thankfully I like this cover actually this is cool cover I like this guy yeah oh yeah um a book that uh my friend Tony um Anthony uh was always looking for a Savage sales one 300 bucks though man yeah and that book looks rough yeah yeah it’s a tough book man high grade to that book’s tough to you a lot of Conan people a lot of people busted them this book has been tough to find for probably 10 years now I still get emails from um he had our alert on Savage Tales back in the day [Music] I mean and I knows 1200 bucks man yep that’s not I mean that’s not terrible I mean it’s always a cool cover though first appearance a man thing whatever that’s worth okay so this is a 304 all right okay for 430 bucks extra 130 you got a six of oh crap so yeah anyways just saying okay five over 546 I don’t know what this is all for but you know just saying just saying uh uh this book will soak one I remember this book you spot too love this book uh the Stacy Stacy Lee variant this is the first series silk uh I remember this book was hella high 2015.
Yep, trying to find a copy on release day I do I remember calling so many stores for this book when it came out, and uh then I think a few months later I was able to find a couple of copies which I still have but uh yeah I love this cover I I don’t know I think this might be uh I can’t I don’t know iconic cover I don’t know I don’t know but I love it it’s cool silk hopefully gets her moment one day uh we’ll spawn is 62 low print and run UPC newsstand okay so about a year ago I bought a copy a newsie just like this for I think 15 and I was just like I was dreading that because you know I’m cheap and paying 15 dollars and at the time I think this book was going for maybe 30. so to see it at 50. I’m like all right okay makes me feel better yeah crazy crazy crazy uh I remember this book is hot too at one point it’s still hot 8 10 for Spiderman Spiderman, not man spider men one for Jelly very one on 100 and it’s only a nine six eight hundred dollars for a nine freaking six yikes that’s in that’s very impressive I uh let’s look at this one nobody pays uh 800 for a nine six unless it’s a bronze Ager or uh some kind of crazy book that’s a low low low low low low low low yeah uh let’s get some jelly time so a 9 8 goes for a poultry 1375.
so do you uh just Pony up the extra 500 I mean at that point I mean if you’re spending eight I’m sure you have 13. yeah that’s my opinion no big deal yeah we I had a bunch of Spawn low print numbers into 100s and stuff it was they all sold immediately especially in the black and white ones uh the sketch variants all in on the Spiderman yeah uh we’re selling the spiders uh Spider going three heck yeah tell me about this book man this is you not me you tree variant okay so I came across this book a few years ago and I like it wasn’t going for anything at the time but I I it it just there was something about it that made me think okay there this book has potential and I so it sold for 50 bucks but it has sold for around 60 to 70 in the past so um still you know still the respectable price but I think this book has this book has legs okay cool respectable I like it uh another WWE book you’re not a sting fan are you um so I okay what what stage is this thing I guess any stage or just I guess any stage I grew up in the this thing was before my era um and I didn’t watch all the WCW back in the day especially in the 80s I watched a lot of WWF um or you know um uh sting Surfer boy sting was not my thing I didn’t watch a lot of it the crows thing though was kind of my jam okay you know what I’ll take any version of Sting okay I I don’t know this look like the crew cut and the like just the minimal face paint this was hell this is hella cool to me I I like this version of Sting it’s just it’s just something about it is it’s very simple but it’s it’s effective oh yeah I like I like the uh the beach vibe in the in a torso too that’s a great such a great cover too it’s you know they could have done a lot of other things but these These are so hot man I don’t care buy CDs and they’re cheap like this I’d buy them all day yeah yeah I thought maybe do I do the wall at one point with all the just wrestling stuff in the bed hell we bought them at that Cleveland at the show here that shot me and you had so many wrestling coverage I know right they’re not respectable people wouldn’t respect me it burned my current Surfer steam couldn’t take the title from player I love this I love this [Laughter] hey man hey to be the man you have to beat the man they couldn’t do it I’ve been watching you know what I’ve been um one of my buddies uh I he uh he uh he posts on YouTube all the time um shout out to Instagram um I’ve been following this person because I’m uh or this account because of him have you seen these uh no context dusties oh God yeah oh my God no contacts Dusty no context flare oh you got a flare one too yeah oh boy really follow this one too oh boy okay all right I’ll get these when we get home at night here when we get off good stuff good stuff um oh sorry Tech 118.
okay Golden Age Joker yeah so these I I hate I hate I know they got 15 picks which is a lot good good job for this guy yeah I hate buying Golden Age books on eBay especially like Batman Tech books stuff like that the like the books that for the most part just Tech and Batman got beat up a lot and it’s just so hard to like I know we could take a ton of pictures it’s just I like to feel the book is it detached is it you know is everything there does it look great yeah yeah the the key to selling Golden Age like that is to you gotta you gotta take it from pretty much every angle you gotta open up the Front Gotta open up the bag gotta do the center fold you have to count the pages right you have to do a page count and like and you gotta like any flaw like any major flaw you got to take a picture of that you gotta get the ain’t you got to get the light just right as it hits to make sure you know nothing nothing weird’s going on so yeah there’s a whole lot going there’s a lot involved with taking golden age comic picks but uh I I just I love Golden Age Joker though there’s something really Sinister about Golden Age Joker I uh for the record um when uh when I count pictures it’s uh I wish this is see if I can do this um here we’ll do we’ll put this here uh you’re gonna love this so when I count pictures uh or when I count pages I do it like this um and people it’s it’s terrible because this is what me and George were doing and um at your boys uh which at Harper’s show if it loads um come on [Music] it’s standing hold on one second it’s been people hate me is it gonna love anyways it’s a Scott Steiner math video for me oh have you seen this it’s uh so he does like Scott Steiner math oh my God yeah yeah yeah you have a 33 you have a 33 and a third chance I beat me but you only have a half a chance uh doing the beat me so you take that 125th chance and then you divide that by the Yeah Yeah yeah this is uh this is me counting Pages for Golden Age it’s me me and Georgia I got you I hear you on that I’m 95 shipping equals the envelope send it hey pwe baby sending the plain white envelope man we ain’t messing around um oh look it did load it wouldn’t stop us um sickness um oh boy here we go all I care about is that people are being entertained it’s not being the right sucker oh I like this little promo action a whole lot of promo out here um video number nine Dylan Brock animation variant cover this was the hottest book of 2020.
Or at least one of of I remember um uh damn I was at a store and they had a nine eight for like however much and then I passed it up and then went back and they had it for like 300 and it sold you know what I’m saying so people were all over Dylan Brock they weren’t sure what was going to be going on with this character was he going to be like I don’t know a new Avenger or was it going to take over for Venom or whatever you know but yeah I remember I remember those days vividly and uh for 22 bucks it was worth it to gamble maybe I’ll come back right yeah uh this book always uh constant everywhere else Venom gold okay so I I have this exact book graded in a nine six so for 5 10 nah I don’t like it okay there should be more oh oh okay it should be one yeah I see you uh last but not least this book is uh was a gold standard variant way back in the day uh the third claw Wolverine Origins 10 man back it I don’t I never see this book anywhere I saw it at a Kong you always see the two right the two one it’s never the third claw of course um I’ve seen it a couple of times at cons and it’s and people want ridiculous prices it’s like 300 bucks like I I that’s not me I’m not reason I’m out I hear you yeah exactly I’m just like okay I’m thinking I would do I’m thinking I would do one it would have to be really nice but I would I think the most I would do would be one fifth Maybe um if I could do like 125 okay but uh not in the 200 range yeah I agree I am I really can’t I can’t I can’t do it I just can’t I don’t I don’t know why that’s not me oh uh did you show the uh the FF yeah okay all right right there guys I’m up not on that price uh uh FF okay [Music] so ff5 guy head up for Quality Comics No known seller four and a half not one at nine thousand dollars right cool cool man cool yeah I got you I got you uh dang it I didn’t know it was two pictures uh so I was diagram on top of it uh this is what it’s sold for me uh [Music] so basically 8 500 for a Fantastic Four number five graded in a four or five no all right I mean I want this book so bad too there’s another one is a heater for me listen I have this book you’re gonna sell it to me for like man unless it I I swore four times four times four fives were going for about 20 grand yep I if if my mind isn’t deceiving me hold up hold up hold up okay here we go uh you said four or five right yeah uh not 20.
Okay um oh close close so 2020 was like four thousand six thousand right uh 21 was eleven thousand twelve thousand uh 17 grand holy crap okay 22 was 14 000 to 10 grand and then 10 grand uh 8 100 kind of right now so ah all right you see uh Chris Colbert’s comment oh I know this [ __ ] guy he didn’t pay the plan I mean [ __ ] man how many dollars if I give you a dollar a day for the rest of my life Kamala Khan uh that that second print the uh Captain Marvel 17 second print I had like a bunch of other Captain Marvel stuff for they were all nine eights sold them all and oh no that’s for something else never mind no I had the first Carol Danvers in the 9-0 that I sold uh the night that uh Captain Marvel premiered right so I sold that took that money and bought a uh Fantastic Four I think for I think 1600 and it wound up grading out at uh a four or five four point five really yeah and this was at it this was at a show who are you so that’s my uh that’s my victory that’s that’s the victory of my Lifetime right there I am I yeah I hate this book too um I’m just looking at all these stuff I had um you’re thinking about pacelli berries I got that Spider-Man one or Spider-Man one also in the comic Spiderman one pachelli not the the black and white or the yeah I got the ultimate comic Spiderman um all new Spider-Man one I wonder what that’s going for I haven’t checked that price in though in a minute there was like six or seven hundred back in the day so I got a bunch of so I you know it’s funny is I’ll show these people so I got that book um which is I’ll show everybody so everybody can see it because people were confused I just see books remember I bought it for like a dollar or something way back in a day uh uh this is the book it’s this book remember that book was it worth nine eight you gotta sign in nine six one year hours 90 days 700 so we’ll see but um I didn’t know this week I got this book for literally uh like 20 bucks back in the day it’s another I guess this book’s a little fire now too look at this one so I bought these for like next to nothing back in the day you remember these books well oh yeah well nine eight action I had that book back in the day yeah yeah that too yep yeah I guess they got a little piece of them too I’m gonna bring these I think to uh to the console Ohio so you look a little professional I thought some gold mates up there too we’ll see maybe I can walk home with like 20 grand to laugh heck yeah are you a cash homie um uh yeah I mean [ __ ] man you know what a d man you know it’s not blood blade you gotta get that plasma son oh my god dude back in college oh my gosh okay they had the nerve to show Event Horizon while I was pumping blood that that I didn’t realize how Bloody that movie was and then I’m looking at the machine and I’m seeing like my uh the pigment go one way in the clear blood go the other way and I’m just like oh this is this is freaking me out but that thirty dollars you know what’s funny now you can get I guess they give you like a rate and then you can always like opt in and opt out for like different rates and stuff you can make some good money doing plasma yeah uh the question is how long will it be for the wealthy stop buying high in comics as a hedge against inflation as a way to increase Financial returns or Comics wow that’s a lot um I don’t know it just depends how liquid they want to be in different different assets I mean when you start getting into like Mega keys and stuff like that like really off there it just becomes a status symbol like a Rolex to me um yeah modern Comics like a dumpster fire in the future maybe dump them and invest in real estate I mean it could happen too but um yeah I don’t know I mean like you bought them at super low like you know me and Carter do or some of the guys on a channel it’s like you just don’t even care anymore like Z was talking last night we we missed the boat on so much stuff it’s not even funny the boat’s gone sailed away came back seven times and we we so yeah hey man I love how Sylvester getting us uh views of them she’s hungry I don’t know she looks uh I don’t know is she okay over there man she just yeah I mean she’s getting older okay so she’s kind of you know a little bit slower than she used to be but she’s still doing okay did you you didn’t did you get her from when she was like a baby or did you pick her up on the streets or you remember um the she was next door and they were in the process of moving and she like slipped out oh but she wouldn’t come back and so she was like hanging around in my yard for for like a month and I would you know just go out and probably give her some food and uh one day it was just like getting really cold and I’m just like yeah come on in come on in screw this did you uh you think if you let her out you think she’d run from you no I let her out oh she’s like she’s an indoor outdoor cat okay she’s indoor outdoor okay so one cat’s outdoor but he eats too much grass and then he he peeks all up later oh that’s good though that’s great I should I want her to go out dude yeah I want her to go out and get some sun okay yeah my other cats uh they just stay in the house now they’re all getting old they don’t even care like they’ve resigned to dying in my house it is what he did I know she I know Sylvester because it’s uh kind of hot so she just kind of stays in the basement yeah my uh so my other account I picked up when my wife is eight nine months pregnant um she uh she just stays in my basement she hates humans she loves the other cats which is at least a positive uh they found her at like a Subway sandwich shops place and yeah she just doesn’t trust you but I mean she’ll come up and rub against me maybe once every three months when I put food out just randomly and then don’t bother anymore I hear you yeah but it’s okay so so you’re saying I should just go crazy with the uh with the comic book prices um with uh with posting uh we’re sending you uh sales and stuff like that all right yeah I mean I think I think if we don’t do it like flip side because people think like oh you know that’s for like the high-end seller you know 20 grand for this and five grand for this and stuff like that I think you know a good um Smorgasbord of prices from a dollar to you know hundreds at least yeah you know people like hey at least I can know if I get in that book I can do like um um I can do uh you know I can see that book and it’s you know like a dollar or two dollars or five dollars or you know so please do not take these don’t take this video to a LGS like hey Carter and Dino said this was a dollar 25.

Tim Seely autograph you did for me oh okay I did a J.G Jones Friends of the show obviously a friend of the show he did a cool sketch on the back of this Spider-Man that I had Stanley signed in front of I got for like a hundred bucks and a blank position the back looked too blank so he it was the old um Tony Stark Iron Man cover on the back yeah I told him just go crazy on the back because no one cares about the kids I tell you what I’ll show you some books that were I’ll show you I’ll show you guys some books that I thought I was gonna take to cgc but not recently I actually took yeah I took a couple books to the uh to the presser but those are like older books like some golden nature so okay so this is the book that I bought Reese well does that mean for like 200 bucks yeah I mean you right the day after yeah we were talking about why can’t we find this book because he had every other book from that era yeah yeah so I got this for like around 200 bucks uh you guys have seen this I don’t know if um if it’s if I can get at least a 9-0 on it I would be happy the uh the 238 it’s a newsy so I think it might be worth grading anyway I graded mine it was like a 9-2 and so instantly I remember when this book was super hot the Jedi book is it not anymore I don’t think so okay I don’t think okay so we got the strange Academy all right dude strange Academy all that strange [ __ ] I don’t even know half that [ __ ] it’s like my friends yeah exactly and uh this is another book that I remember I would want to send in but uh oh another strange Academy number two one in 25 variant uh the century this stupid book so we got like five copies of this the funny thing is I don’t think any of them are nine eights though ouch that’s something that’s a 90s book right but I but you never know though that’s the thing you you never really know oh and here’s those two copies of uh silk number one look at you I I don’t I don’t know what it is I really love this cover it’s upside down man she’s upside down hey and uh this was this was uh pre before they made you wear a face mask you know you know it’s funny you should just tell cgc to flip them upside down right uh two copies of Betty Batman yeah 423.
I’ve always been looking for that book I just don’t want to pay for it yeah this so uh for those tuning in this is my uh cgc box but I don’t think I’m gonna be sending these at the cgc uh second thought but uh you know copies of Bloodstone number one um yeah oh here’s that uh we had that done last night yeah so I still have a copy left so that was this one 9 45 or 9 8. oh yeah which uh which is funny because a buddy of mine he sold like right at his height he sold a raw copy for two grand the monsters Unleashed number three oh speaking of which I’m good look at this that Deadpool 2 I got that oh my gosh if you guys remember this Batman number 89 first punch line and then you got the year of the villain I paid 20 bucks for this a couple years ago and then you got um oh so this is the first print yep regular cover the century number one and then you got uh another copy the San Diego this cover is horrible yep but uh ultimate Fallout 4 second print yeah just pretty much just see you see that who cares and then you got like all oh some more silk we got more silk here the rainbows right here too bad there yeah I had two of them I had two but one of them was in really bad shape so I sold that one kept the higher grade one and here’s the I believe this I think okay so these are the second prints these are second prints and you could tell because the first print has the Guardians of the Galaxy promo oh good to know yeah uh yeah Carnage we had at on Last Light Show two copies of first uh Jon Stewart yo and I don’t know I um see I thought I would be having these graded but nah not anymore I would want to get them graded but nah this is a I love this cover that’s a that’s a Paul weirdhold uh cover right there he collects all those types of homage covers yeah if you remember when this book was hot yeah I don’t think I don’t think this book is a 98 though uh My Greatest Adventure number 80 and uh yeah just stuff like that so I guess we’ll uh we’ll continue the series because we still we still got some more to go I uh I can show you mine I’ll do mine in the next video I got a I got a box of cgc worthy stuff that I’ve never hit going to chcc but it’s in the box all right we’ll uh we’ll catch everybody later um we’ll try to find more segments we’ll try to come up with more segments yeah yeah I don’t know but people love uh we’re gonna start doing lists too we talked about doing lists yeah so I get we gotta find a yeah find like uh like I don’t know maybe a theme for a list or something like that I don’t know top 10 Barbie covers ever speaking of which I actually do have some like modern copper age Barbie Comics that I gotta find but the thought of trying to dig for that yikes I’m not interested in doing that all right everybody we’ll uh we’ll end it here and we’ll uh catch a little bit later um day two for episode three we had a new comic shop talk this week tails on the flip side hopefully Global comic Safari when Matt Royal comes back we’re doing it all we’re doing it we’re hanging out we’re cool we’re doing make up a top 10 for flipping oh boy oof Barbie ones and bargain packs Oh Boy Hey You Gotta stop counting on all this trying you know uh we appreciate it we love you guys uh we’ll catch everybody later uh uh
