The Daily Mail reported that two sources at Health & Human Services leaked to them the number of Obamacare applicants through the federal exchange in the first week (you know it’s bad when information has to be “leaked” about a “signature achievement”):

Jay Carney said this week that the administration would only be releasing official enrollment numbers monthly, which could become yearly if things keep going badly.
