Source of House floor’s alcohol scent discovered in basement?

Twitchy has twice passed along buzz about House members reeking of booze during the recent late-night sessions over the continuing resolution to fund the government. NBC News’ Ali Weinberg might have traced the source of some of the smell to the basement. Grunts will have to suffice for “no comment.”
