The Dunning Kruger Effect

David Dunning and Justin Kruger, two Psychologists studied Mr. Wheeler and others like him.
They concluded that people with low ability at a task tend to, paradoxically overestimate themselves.
This cognitive bias is known as The Dunning Kruger effect.
